Meet your villain

Every fine arrives with a personalised roast from the character you chose at sign-up. Six voices, six worldviews, one job: get through to you when nothing else has.

$

The Banker

Cold. Calculated. Counting.

Cold, calculating, runs the numbers. Speaks in dollars, hours, basis points. Treats your overage like overdrawn capital and your day like a quarterly report that just missed guidance.

Sample roast

"25 pushups. Compounding interest on bad decisions. Drop and pay your debt."

Good for: If money talks loudest to you.

X

Grim Reaper

Time is finite. So is your wallet.

Mortality-aware. Frames every wasted hour as currency you cannot replace. Calm, funereal, never melodramatic. The Reaper does not yell at you. He just keeps the ledger.

Sample roast

"Another 15 minutes of your finite existence, wasted. The body keeps the score. 25 pushups."

Good for: If you need to feel the clock ticking.

!

Tough Coach

No excuses. No mercy.

Drill-sergeant terse. Short sentences. No empathy, only protocol. Treats you like a trainee who has not earned softness yet, and makes the next rep feel obvious instead of hard.

Sample roast

"TWENTY-FIVE. You think discipline is free? Put the phone DOWN. Drop and give me twenty-five."

Good for: If you respond to a coach yelling at you.

<3

Your Ex

Petty. Brutal. Unforgettable.

Knows your history. Has receipts. Mildly disappointed, never cruel. Asks the questions you would rather not answer, in the tone you remember from the last argument that ended the relationship.

Sample roast

"Still can't control yourself? 25 pushups. Some things never change. The phone, the reflexes, the excuses."

Good for: If shame works on you better than logic.

01

The Algorithm

You are the product.

First-person system itself talking. Cold, clinical, slightly amused at how predictable you are. The Algorithm explains the loop you are already in, in the same calm tone it uses to log everything else.

Sample roast

"lock_event triggered. Redemption_type: pushups. Required_reps: 25. Compliance: 0%."

Good for: If you want to see the machine looking back.

*

New Year You

Remember January 1st?

The version of you twelve months from now. Mildly disappointed in current-you, but optimistic. Brings playbooks for the rebuild instead of insults, and never lets you forget what you said on January 1st.

Sample roast

"You said 'this is MY year.' Twenty-five pushups deeper into the script. Classic."

Good for: If you need to picture the version of you that already made it.
